Sister, You Know Me Well…

A brief conversation I had with my sister last night:

Me: (Entering the living room where Becca is watching TV) Well, I just had an impulse buy. You’ll never guess what it was…

Becca: Was it a musical instrument?

Me: Maybe

Becca: Was it an accordion?

Me: Yes…

Becca: Well, you can’t store it out here. We already had to find a space for your harp and your Bodhran.

Me: Fine, I’ll put the Concertina in my room by my Ukulele.

I love it! Someday when I'm out your way will you put on a recital for me?

I'm so glad you bought that! I've always (well, since I fell in love with Brazilian music, anyway) wanted to learn to play an accordion.

I love how well your sister knows you.

Well, first of all, welcome back to the blogging world. While I'm horrible at updating my blog, I'm always so excited when others update theirs. Secondly, I'm so glad you have such a great collection of musical instruments!! I'd love a concert too! Wish I lived closer.

Dear Liz,

I know this is something of a pot/kettle situation, but enough is enough. You...you just need to blog again. I know it's hard, especially when it's been awhile, but Liz, you be a good writer, and I miss you and I miss your words. To help you get started I'm giving you some fill in the blank blog posts. No need to thank me.
